ECommerce Systems Integrations | Synergy | Autumn 2019

Using our knowledge of RESTful and SOAP APIs, RJDM have produced multiple integrations between e-commerce systems like Linnworks, Magento and Shopify with back-end warehourse management systems such as JDA Red Prairie belonging to our client, Synergy Retail Support. 

These integrations allow e-commerce orders to flow automatically through to the fulfilment system, and synchronize SKUs, inventory  and shipping information between to two systems involved.

All this is done through the use of middleware hosted in RJDM's Amazon AWS cloud hosting environment, which prevents the client having to make code changes to their own systems.
